deposits
A completed hair questionnaire and a $100.00 deposit is required for all new clients to book an appointment. The deposit goes towards the services provided during your appointment.
Deposits can be paid to @caitlinjdoris via Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Please fill out the hair questionnaire before your appointment!
If canceled less than 24 hours before, deposit is non-refundable.
If canceled at least 24 hours before, deposit is refundable.
If rescheduled, deposit will transfer to new appointment.
cancellations & no-shows
If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the service and require a deposit to schedule a new appointment.
late arrivals
If you are expecting to be late to your appointment, we would appreciate a courtesy call. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full service and/or we may ask you to reschedule.
inclement weather
We respect the safety of our clients and staff. The salon will be open if we are able to arrive in a safe and timely manner. In the event the salon must close, we will contact clients to reschedule as soon as possible.
child safety
Due to the chemicals and tools in a salon environment, we ask that all children under the age of 12 be well attended at all times by a guardian. We appreciate your understanding!
payments
Payment for services it due in full at the time of service. We gladly accept major credit cards. Gratuity may be added to your credit card. We appreciate your business!
off-hours appointments
Special requests for off-hours appointments will be accommodated whenever possible. Off-hours appointments have a service minimum of $200 (service + product sales). There is a non-refundable deposit of $100 for all off-hours appointments, which must be paid in advance to book.
client satisfaction
We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, if you are not satisified with the work, we will make every effort to rectify the situation at no cost to you. Please contact the salon within 7 days to schedule an appointment within 2 weeks of your original service.

We are fully vaccinated. We are committed to taking necessary safety precautions and keeping clients comfortable. As guidelines are ever-changing, please contact the salon with any specific questions.
